Founded in 1991 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, this privately held diversified real estate company has relocated to Boca Raton, Florida.

We have acquired, developed and sold a number of attractive community and regional shopping centers and have managed a portfolio of 22 properties consisting of approximately 1,900,000 square feet of retail, office and warehouse space. Our portfolio has included two power centers, nine retail strip centers anchored by supermarkets, two unanchored neighborhood centers, one multi-tenant warehouse, two office buildings and four freestanding, commercially zoned buildings and two land developments of 241 acres.

We have been actively developing and managing our own properties in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and are now focusing on the acquisition of well-located retail properties throughout Florida.
